Collection: The Quintessential Quintuplets

The Quintessential Quintuplets (also known as Go-Toubun no Hanayome) is a popular Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Negi Haruba. It was serialized from 2017 to 2020 and has been adapted into an anime as well.

The story revolves around Futaro Uesugi, a high school student who becomes a private tutor for a set of quintuplets—Ichika, Nino, Miku, Yotsuba, and Itsuki Nakano. These quintuplets are unique in that they each have very different personalities and temperaments, and they all struggle with their studies. Despite initially being cold and difficult, Futaro gradually builds strong relationships with each of them, and romance, comedy, and drama ensue.

The central theme of the story is Futaro's journey in helping the quintuplets improve academically while navigating the complexities of their relationships and his growing feelings toward them. The series is well-loved for its mix of comedy, romance, and emotional moments, as well as its twisty narrative as it builds up to the big reveal of who Futaro ultimately ends up with.
